CFexpress

CFexpress cards are based on the PCIe® Gen 3 interface and uses established NVMe™ protocols to  offer better efficiency, optimized power and performance for professional imaging and video markets.

SanDisk Extreme PRO CFast

CFast

CFast cards supporting the current CFast 1.1 specification are based on the Serial ATA Gen II interface (SATA-II) and support bus speeds up to 300MB/s. These cards have largely been used within industrial markets. The new CFast 2.0 specification expected to be released in CQ4, 2012 will support SATA-III with bus speeds up to 600MB/s. CFast cards based on the CFast 2.0 specification are intended for both industrial along with professional imaging and video markets.

CompactFlash

CF storage cards are based on the Parallel ATA interface (PATA). These products are used in Professional Imaging, both for still and video recording markets. These products are preferred by professionals for both their performance and their handling characteristics.

XQD Cards

XQD cards are based on the PCI Express® Gen 1 interface (PCIe) and support bus speeds up to 250MB/s and provides a solid base for future performance enhancements. XQD cards have begun to be deployed within the professional imaging and video markets.
